Course registrations may be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the original registration date, provided the course has not yet commenced.
For courses that have already begun, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the portion of the course completed.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. Verbal requests will not be processed.

If physical course materials are provided and must be returned as part of the refund process, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective materials.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
If materials are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we may deduct the cost of the damaged materials from your refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the course fee, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Once your return or cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your financial institution.
If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us immediately to arrange an alternative refund method.
