Phogrynsyxtherog is committed to providing quality educational services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of our course services.

Return Period

Course registrations may be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the original registration date, provided the course has not yet commenced.

For courses that have already begun, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the portion of the course completed.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. Verbal requests will not be processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within the specified return period
• The course must not have been completed in its entirety
• Any course materials provided must be returned in their original condition, if applicable
• The request must include your registration confirmation number
• Refund requests must be made by the original registrant

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

Cost of Return Shipping

If physical course materials are provided and must be returned as part of the refund process, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective materials.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

If materials are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we may deduct the cost of the damaged materials from your refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at feedback@phogrynsyxtherog.world or through our contact form
2. Include your full name, registration confirmation number, and reason for the return request
3. If applicable, package any course materials securely and ship them to our studio address
4. Wait for confirmation of receipt and processing of your request

Once we receive and process your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:

• Completed courses or courses that have been fully accessed
• Digital course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
• Custom or personalized course content
• Gift certificates or promotional course credits, unless required by law
• Courses that have been transferred to another participant

Additionally, we cannot provide refunds for courses that were purchased during special promotions or sales, unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

• Federal Trade Commission regulations regarding consumer rights
• State-specific consumer protection laws in Illinois
• Distance selling regulations where applicable

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law shall prevail.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state law. We will honor all applicable legal requirements.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course registration at any time before the course start date for a full refund, subject to the return period and conditions outlined above.

To cancel a registration:

• Submit a written cancellation request via email or contact form
• Include your registration confirmation number
• Receive confirmation of cancellation from our team

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the course fee, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Refund Procedure

Once your return or cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

1. We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the approval of your refund request
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
3. Processing time is typically 10-14 business days from the date of approval
4. You will receive notification once the refund has been processed

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your financial institution.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us immediately to arrange an alternative refund method.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution related to the refund transaction.
